The other day my wife surprised me with a brand new AARP card, as we have both turned 50 this year. A little part of me died. So, I decided to work on an image that addresses seniors in the work force. Here we have a gate keeper who maybe when younger enjoyed the thrill of the job but now we see him in quiet contemplation as he wonders if it's time to retire before someone, or something, makes the decision for him.
